Dear Prosecutors and Law Enforcement Investigators,

The National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) and the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) have created a free interactive web-based resource to assist you with investigating and prosecuting different types of insurance fraud.

The web-site is intuitive and easy to use.  You can quickly find information and obtain assistance for your insurance fraud investigation through a simple web interface.  You can access over 100 terms, schemes, and investigative guides for: Medical Fraud, Organized Groups, Vehicle Related Insurance Fraud and Property Fraud. In addition the web-site also provides investigative support contacts, access to state insurance fraud prosecutors, online and instructor led training information.

We encourage you to review the web-site.  We believe that this web-site will be a valuable tool for prosecutors and law enforcement when investigating and prosecuting insurance fraud.  Especially for those who do not handle insurance fraud cases on a regular basis.
